Life Goes On

I hope your life is going wonderfully. Mine is going significantly better than last time I wrote.

To start with, my health challenges are FINALLY finished after over 4 months of ongoing serious problems. I’ve been pain-free for the past 6 weeks or so. I have more dental work to be done, but, as I said, nothing is causing me pain any longer. And I haven’t been having any serious medical symptoms, either.

Because of the improvements in my physical condition, I’ve been back to working regularly (and thus bringing in some income). I spent another couple of weeks acting in “Into the West.” I could have done a third week, but couldn’t get to the set because I didn’t have a car available to use. (I'm still regretting that missed opportunity, as well as missing out on probably $350 - $450 dollars in wages I would have received.) Since the movie wrapped, I’ve been substitute teaching at DeVargas Middle School, replacing a social studies teacher who’s out having a baby.

This coming Thursday is the end of the school year, so I'm preparing for other work. I’ve applied for several jobs and apparently will get interviews for at least a couple of them. I'm also applying to do temporary work. Kelly Services, which handles substitute teacher assignments, has pretty much guaranteed that I'll get jobs through them. I’ve also been to a couple of casting calls – one for a TV series (Wildfire) on ABC Family Channel and one for a Jennifer Lopez/Antonio Banderas movie (Bordertown). In both cases the Casting Director suggested roles that I would be good for, so I'm hopeful that I'll be cast in both of them.

Recently I serendipitously found a place to live for the summer at a very good price (subletting from a teacher who will be away studying for her Master’s degree and paying only half her rent). I'm staying with friends until I move in there next Sunday (May 29).

I began renting a car from a friend a few weeks ago, and then it broke down 6 days ago. (It’s an old car.) So now I'm looking for another car so I can get to work and job interviews. I'll send a separate message about that to people who live in or near Santa Fe. If you’d all put some energy into my finding one easily and quickly (prayer, visualization, or whatever), I’d appreciate it. As long as I drive really old cars, I guess I run a higher risk of them having significant problems. I'm open and willing to find a newer car (that is, newer than the 17 and 19 year old cars I’ve driven lately) in good condition to drive (by renting, buying, receiving for free, or whatever).

I'm looking forward to getting myself out of the financial hole that not being able to work for 4 months put me in. I still remain open and eager to receive a windfall of money in whatever is divine right timing. (Winning the Powerball grand prize of over $100 million cash this coming Wednesday would work for me. A lot of people, including everyone who has ever been kind and/or helpful to me and a lot of spiritual teachers and organizations, would benefit from that.) As I say repeatedly, I have faith that I am naturally a magnet for money and that well-being and abundance are flowing into my life now. I continue to know that all of this is just a temporary condition and that I am getting ready for something wonderful. Thank You, God, in advance for the resources that I know are flowing to me now.

Once again, I’d like to express my tremendous gratitude to everyone who has helped me in any way during this time of challenge. You’ve all made a huge difference. I won’t name names, but those of you who’ve contributed to me know who you are and can trust that I’ll remember you.

I wish you all abundant happiness, health, love, inner peace, spiritual awakening, success, prosperity, and everything else that you desire.

Warmly,
Michael Dickerson Deluno
